Ryan Watt

Ryan is an entrepreneur with career success in the arts, marketing and technology. He was most recently Executive Director of Indie Memphis, leading the organization for six years and growing annual revenue from $277K (2014) to $798K (2020). Ryan cultivated support from new and current sponsors, individual patrons, and organizations including the National Endowment for the Arts, Sundance Institute, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and Artspace.

Ryan is the Producer of narrative feature films, including Pilgrim Song by Martha Stephens (SXSW), Forty Years From Yesterday by Robert Machoian and Rodrigo Ojeda-Beck (Locarno), Open Five by Kentucker Audley and is the Associate Producer of Free In Deed by Jake Mahaffey, Best Film Winner at Venice Film Festival Orizzonti Competition and nominated for four 2017 Film Independent Spirit Awards.

Ryan served as the Director of Marketing for the technology services firm Securas Consulting Group after they acquired his firm Metro Backup. He is co-owner of Zio Matto Gelato and provides consulting services with Watt Media Group.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Tennessee - Knoxville with a degree in Marketing.

Andy Alsenas

Andy is a principal with AKTA Group, a 25-year-old consultancy that specializes in Marketing and Sales Operations Information Systems. Andy has designed and developed sophisticated systems for CRM, event management and promotion management for business sectors including consumer packaged goods, healthcare and logistics. He has deep knowledge of all kinds of CRM systems as well as how they integrate with Eventive.

Alex Embry

Alex has over 10+ years experience. His passion and expertise include Brand Development, Digital Marketing Strategy, Online Media, Advertising Strategy, CRM Analysis, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Content Creation and Cultivation of Company Culture.

Alex received his MBA in Marketing Strategy from Christian Brothers University and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Strategy from the University of Memphis.
